Morgan Stanley filed a SAR in 2017 for an account where Cohen was depositing checks from Essential Consultants. They marked the transactions as possible signs of “bribery.” That report, along with another SAR from First Republic are now missing. Mnuchin has some splaining to do.

Facts Do Matter

Time for another special prosecutor aimed at bribery.

If i had a windmill, I'd get private sector money, sorta like I almost do with solar. I get a credit which zeros out my bill, but doesn't pay money.
