Keith, for one thing the VIAS acquisition tells us that the Zitel/MD products have failed at VIAS.

Keith I would entertain shorting VIAS on a break of neckline at 35.00...A firm break would lead to potential run to 27.50....Took a longer look at it from 3-5 years, and nice double top....Mark P.S. might also consider shorting first at 42.50 and then at 47.50.....If you get around these target points, send me a post and I will take an indepth look at the stock... P.S.S. It is amazing how regular the pros are...I pegged them to short ESV at 27 1/2 today and they started their shorts at 27 1/4....Now they are trying to break the neckline on my XYLN where I have a quite large position already in place as posted here yesterday at 15 3/8....
