In London, there are free speech type happenings like Hyde Park Corner on Sunday Mornings, that is where you will most likely see people exposing one wierd or extreme view on something, usually politics. It's normal and has been standard entertainment on Sundays since the mid 1800's. All the crap in the newspapers about "terrorists" is normally about people who have been trained, funded, and armed by Western Governments to deliberately promote a security problem. imho. The swarm Immigrants from the Middle East is caused mainly by Wars started by either the USA, Israel, or (usually) both. That is where the problem is. (imho).
