Smartin,

I was surprised at the relatively limited number of posts that I've made.

It sure seems like I have posted more than 1874 posts since May, 1996.

And btw, I'm glad to see some folks starting to shake off the incredulity of the current situation and beginning to ask for some answers from that are responsible for you all being in this mess. The company.

I would suggest that someone strongly look into the Reg S. If the subscribers to this placement were US citizens as was suggested by Mike Kugler's research, then this situation may extend a little farther than a mere "misunderstanding" with the SEC.

Placing a Reg S with a US citizen is, as I understand it, a criminal offense. It RMIL's managment comes under criminal investigation, then kick back and start counting the weeks and months as they go by, because it will be that long before you ever see RMIL on BB status again.

And this would be irregardless of whether or not they get the $5 million, I opine.

Get this company to discuss this issue with you. Maybe Mike Kugler will be so kind as to post the names of the two individuals he stated may have been the subscribers to the Reg S.

Regards,

Ron
