You’re lucky. I’ve not been able to margin IMMU at E*TRADE for so many years now I can’t remember...

Okay ... keep your IMMU shares in the cash side of the account, rather than the margin side. That will prevent (or at least make it more difficult) for those shares to be loaned to shorts. Squeeze ‘m!

I’ve had my IMMU shares in cash since they were below $5, and not marginable anyway. Even so, at Fidelity they increase the margin requirement for all drug companies (e.g., BMY, JNJ) because of the portfolio concentration in a single industry.
