Definitely agree not to put the diesel in the triaxle and loader. However don't agree with him being a passionate man trying to protect his muni which I am guessing you mean municipality. I would say more like obsessive person who would stop at nothing to get his way. And not think twice about abusing his elective powers to see it through on the backs of bold faced lies. IMHO he has done everything but look out for his municipality and it's residents.
