You asked >>Since you claim in your press releases to be a reporting company with the sec, when will you file something relating to the merger?( You have'nt filed anything since August.)<< I asked CVIA that exact question about a week ago. They said they DID file the 10Q for 3Q. They filed the 10Q manually rather than electronically because since Jack Arnold was still sorting things out that were left behind by the OLD management. Apparently it takes longer for a filing like that to show up on computer. I also asked if the OLD management has any accountability for the disaster they left. He replied something along the lines of, "We will take everything one step at a time." Best wishes, Brad
