Dems will take the House and he will be impeached. He knows it. And of course he won't resign. He will count on the Senate saving him. But can he really count on most of the Senate Republicans saving him when they're looking at more defeat coming? I note that in the last week we saw the Senate Intelligence Committee issuing a report that confirmed the US intelligence community was right in saying Russia intervened in the last election on Trump's behalf. Trump didn't want them to do that ... he wanted them to support Trumpworld's insane conspiracy theories. But they didn't. In addition, we saw the House Appropriations Committee act unanimously to leave sanctions on ZTE. I can guarantee you Trump didn't want them to do that .. it throws a wrench in his billion dollar bribe deal. And also last week, we saw FBI head, Wray, say publicly the Mueller investigation is no witch hunt and defend the need to protect FBI confidential sources. IOW Trump can't make everyone in the Republican party support his lies. Trump is a bit unhinged, but he is reasonable and flexible in his positions, as we all have seen. I guess if you accept the only things he cares about is 1) his ego and 2) his family's getting richer and think that's reasonable ..... Pence is a died in the wool conservative's conservative. Pence has no backbone. If Trump gets ousted, the Dems will hate Pence even worse. Assuming that's true, why should Trump people care? Are you saying let's support Trump because liberals prefer him to Pence? Yes, you are. I thought Trumpers liked that he drove liberals insane?
