GIFT (E-Data) has "THE Internet Patent". The stock's only "asset" is this patent. Litigation on it is waiting for the Judge to set a "Markman Hearing" date where the "scope" of this patent will be determined.

This patent has been licensed by IBM, Adobe and others. This is a very volitile stock when things are "on the front burner". In 5/96 it went from 2 to 11 in days. Now .62 There is a thread on this (search for GIFT). Info can also be found at patents.com There look for "Dial-A-GIFT" - E-Data's old name. Mel
