Why would vivus inject Prostaglandin E-1... if a common generic taken orally would do the trick. It seems logical that one would rather swallow a pill than inject a needle into one's penis. From this I deduce that a simple oral is ineffective. It is simplistic but common sense. Also the fact that the CFO holds only 1000 shares is disturbing. Other danger sighs: 1 Zero earnings. 2 Large Expenditures. 3 Insiders with little stock position. 4 Story of fantastic upside. (if its to good to be true.....) I do not know the seriousness of the law suit but it probably is strong enough to scare the insiders into a low profile stance. Certainly it will consume funds and wast the companys "research money" Asensio may publish the funds that are buying: The funds will not buy until all this all washes out. Any fund loosing money from this point forward would be seen as irresponsible at best. They must assure themselves of a sound investment unencumbered by lawsuits with ethical management. The public is getting increasingly sophisticated and the funds don't need the bad publicity. If a manager is buying and it goes badly then he has a lot to answer for. Exspecially if Asencio smears the fund in the press as he did to Geopetral in the Solvex scandel. I can also imagine Asensio is lobbying the funds. And I am sure he is free to tell them more in confidence than we get on this thread. But the worst thing is the ever increasingly negative posts from Asensio. He would have planed his postings in advance. I am sure his informants have given him plenty. And as in all stock plays you and I are outside. And..... He is holding the best for last.
