Very interesting article. Thank you:)

I do love including a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt from time to time:)

Here's something interesting re: aloe vera

Kosher Salt

Ironically good for making the skin on pork belly crispy for roast pork (Chinese Siu Yuk) or Filipino Lechon

Himalayan Pink Salt

Makes me think of relaxing bath salts :))

I also use Kosher salt on my Prime Rib roast with herbes de provence (mix my own) and peppercorns
