Quite so, Don. Furthermore, if memory serves, the DJIA approached,
intraday, within striking distance of the $7400 Brinker inflection
point, that Monday, before reversing direction and closing higher.
A betting man might be wagering heavily on the Green Bay Packers
given Brinker's near faultless predictive powers.

As for Intel at 69, all I can say about that purchase is YES. My notes also say Brinker predicted Intel would report a good quarter and would avoid negativity in the conference call.

Very positive. I like the numbers for increased capital spending on Semi Cap equip though I later heard that $700M of that was for the DEC Fab. so there is a slight decrease if you factor out that purchase. Still.....not a big dropoff as the doom n gloomers were calling for.
