Some good stuff in there,... but still way too much vagueness and some apparent contradictions. They claim to how have synthesis of the micelle backbone up to at least 500 g, of the ligands to at least 200 g, but have only (to date) produced batches of the combined, covalently linked, product 10-20g at a time. They then hedge a bit - stating that they don't foresee any problems in increasing the scale from that 10-20 g,... but we've heard variations on that before. Also more evidence that they are dealing with the financial situation - in part by cutting back staff. They are moving the smaller staff from process to process, instead of being able to run process development pieces in parallel. It's definitely going to be tight - but we already knew that.

This lobotomized chimp, let's give it a name; how about Trendsetter? So Trendsetter, the lobotomized chimp, asks two SEC-savvy lawyers a question. Trendsetter either doesn't like the answers given or doesn't understand them. So what would Trendsetter do? Would he ask an internet stock message board community the question and take their answers as gospel over the two SEC-savvy lawyers' answers? Probably.
