Pretty cartoon. English please. What resistance level going up to 33? What happened to the cartoon intrepreters that said 22 was the near term bottom? BTW, why does everyone think that MOT (a maker of electronic widgets and chips) and INTC (alpha dominant chipmaker) who serve the world market (sometimes from plants in parts of the world where labor cost have recently been cut in half) is positive news for chipmaking equipment companies who sell into the those troubled regions! Yes, I confess, the ASIAN contagion may actually discriminate among the hitech companies more than Wall St is currently acting. It comes down to who builds to sell what and where and where do they build it and sell it! Not as simple as the market seems to be acting. In other words, I think that there will be discrimation in this sector shortly. Yes, I have read Morgan's comments on how Korea is a single digit % of AMAT business so the stock is hit too hard. So it would seem that we have smart and dumb money in this AMAT rally. Any thoughts when the price becomes lofty before a pullback? Yes, I think the equipment guys are going to have real and perceived challenges going forward ( 6-12 mos?). Food for thought for the board as I reflect on this nice Merlot!
Thanks
