As a matter of fact Matt, I am told by a contact at the company that there was a pretty good turn out for the annual meeting. Many things were discussed such as the new credit line the company will be getting. Along with all the cash they now have in the bank from the group of investors that is helping to put the company back on it's feet. The company has as agressive new marketing plan that is definately starting to work. Sales have been climbing these past few months. Sales and earnings estimates were given for '98. The company stated they felt comfortable they could do more then $4 million this year with a net profit of 10% or more!
