Now that you know Scalia said racist things from the bench and you defended those racist remarks by saying he was referring to "poor" people it's fair to say I accept your white flag. We learn from defeats like this but most of all we don't make the same mistake twice (unless you're a republican who can't retain knowledge). Now you know two facts you didn't know before. 1) Scalia was a racist and 2) you defended his racism by saying he was talking about the poor.
