Well, one of the reasons that comes to mind is that going public is merely a side-effect of aquiring FAMH this way (killing two birds with one stone as it were). And yes, this could be more expensive when looked at as purely a means of going public, but not necessarily so when considered in terms of an aquisition that "happens" to also result in a public listing... again, purely speculation, and purely for stimulating discussion about possibilities. Nothing stated here should be misconstrued as fact, and I'm willing to be shot down if this is just TOO far out. I guess I'm trying to come to terms with inexplicable discrepancies in recent news, price activity, and sentiment, and in my own twisted way, this popped into mind as some kind of remote possibility.
