ISS - did some sniffing around and I thinkthe guy hitting the bid is mostly from a JV partner who either wants out or really needs the cash, I suspect the latter. They either will drill this year through JV or hit up some areas that need further work, I am pretty sure the raise is toast. Share structure is not too bad and if they drill the stock should move 4 - 6 times from here, they have targets - need to see what is under ground to get their head around the structure. Couple of insiders have a good track record. My ABN is doing pretty well - looking for another one with potential.
