Bill, I do not think your question is stupid. You appear to be searching for the answer to a legitimate question. This has been discussed previously, but I realize that it would be very difficult to read all of the 1200 + posts that are now on this thread.

I do not know the exact number of 504 shares that were issued, but I believe it was around 5 million. And it is my understanding that all of these shares are now in the float.
