Hello! Brad,

Thank You for continuing to remain focussed in your regular and consistent research and due diligence, regarding FAMH!

In my opinion! I also agree with your comment that " some shareholders are getting scared out of their shares!".

There does seem to be a definite movement by some individuals to make what in my opinion appears to be some forceful well timed scare tactics relating to efforts in " bashing" Famh Management! and some of the longer standing FAMH supporters on this thread! ( Interesting!)

Since we live in a "Free Country" it is well worth noting that some people seem to enjoy creating "havoc and undue stress" for others!
( I'm sure that they have their personal reasons for doing so! But! Personally ! I feel that their credability and ability to throw a "scare!" into some investors, will vanish, in the not to distant future!)--Just my own opinion!

In my own opinion! I also view Ira's recent reinforcement of the fact that FAMH does have the financing to move forward with any/all acquisitions, and is still expecting to have Audited Financials by Feb. 1st. ( or there abouts!)----has and does remain consistent with what Ira has communicated to the shareholders in the past!! ( His feed back has remained consistent throughout! To me! That's a positive sign!)

I imagine until sufficient time passes! The varying degree's of speculation will only intensify! ( Both the Pro's and Con's!)--------
------However when the day of reckoning comes! Then most , some or all of our questions will be answered!

The positive part for each and every posting participant and Famh Shareholder and Non - FAMH Shareholder that interact on this thread! Is they have the choice to Buy, Sell, Hold, or do anything else that they choose to do with their investment dollars!

Whether! I agree with those that are trying intimidating scare tactics, in attempts to "bamboozle" the odd investor on this thread! Well you already know what I personally think about that type of interaction!

Brad! You have continued to provide informative postings that have given this thread's participants an opportunity to see some possible light at the end of the FAMH tunnel! We have already seen and read sufficient postings by some particpants on this thread to sense that the "scare and intimidation tactics" will unfortunately probably only intensify as the " reckoning outcome approaches!"

The next steps for me in my opinion are quite simple! For those of us that feel FAMH is worth following to some point in the future! We simply strap on our seat belts and hang on for the ride! ( In whatever direction it takes us!)-----For those of us that buy into the "negative overtones and forces that have been transmitted on this thread!"-----
----The good news is that there appears to be sufficient buying taking place to divest of one's FAMH Share holdings! And move on to a more secure investment!---- Or as they see fit!

It doesn't appear that the FAMH opportunity is for everyone! ( Just my opinion!)

My apologies to all! For posting such a lengthy posting! it's just that every once in a while I get get annoyed! When in my opinion I see certain individuals trying to immerse investors in any more stressful scenario's then we all already have in our lives!

For those participants on this thread that can only keep asking critical questions ( or otherwise!)--and feel the need to challenge and critisize everything and everyone that has taken the time to follow up with FAMH Management! To those I say! Quite simply! Pick up the phone! And do it yourself next time!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Audited Financial Watch

<<I talked to Ira late today to see what was going on.
He said they still plan on closing the large acquisition deal shortly and he still plans
on having the audited financials done by Feb 1. He said they are working feverishly
to get all the auditing done on Myriad and for the 10K.>>

Days to go: 18

Tick, tick, tick, . . .

Brad,

Thanks for the reply. I agree, you have to trust someone, and who better than the one calling the shots. At least until he/she gives you a reason not to.

And in answer to someone's simplistic response "do your own DD. call the company yourself". The last thing Ira needs is a hundred calls a day from shareholders. Especially when we have someone who has built up a relationship and is willing to take on that responsibility for the thread.

Thanks again Brad.

HG

Brad, why does Ira call you at home while the rest of us are lucky if we can fax questions to him?

In Post #1190 of yesterday, Capt. Dan was told that Ira is away on business on the West Coast.

I think that was a safe assumption.

Yet you said the following later last night in Post #1234:

<<< I talked to Ira late today to see what was going on. He emphasized that he DOES HAVE the money for the acquisition already (as he stated before). >>>>

You talked to Ira yesterday? How did you know where he was? I would bet he would be pretty hard to track down, especially after office hours. More likely, he read the board, sensed trouble, and called you. When did you become his PR guy? How much does he pay you for that?

If Ira has announcements on how this will be funded, shouldn't they go through the new, improved PR firm, and not you? This way would be better if he said something he really didn't mean, and looked at you to take the fall if it blew up. He could always claim that he was away on business and "couldn't have" spoken to you.

Or maybe you <didn't> speak to him yesterday?

Your early posts showed reason, but lately you do whatever Ira tells you to do. If he calls you at night and says "hey, post this", it's apparently not a problem.

Your research, once good, has fallen to statements like Post#931, which said: <<< Permanent placement is almost ALL profit. High end technical placements can be very high dollar profit. And the new Payroll Financing Division is extremely profitable.>>>

As we now know, FAMH doesn't do high end technical placements.

You posts have also accelerated quickly in the 900's, and are solely based on the "Ira said so, no need to dig further" theory. I don't think one could have a more vested interest in the stock price than Ira. Hardly a non-biased source. But he's become your only source of information.

I can't believe you would accuse others of being paid to drive the stock down (call me dumb, but I don't see much profit in shorting a .28 stock). The upside potential is a lot better. Now if FAMH were paying someone to put out fires and hype the stock... now THAT would make sense.

I would like to see the stock rise, too, and someday even make a profit on it. But it's hard to do when so much goes on behind closed doors, and only certain people have access to information. If they have honest information, let's bring it out into the open.

Printing messages with CAPITAL LETTERS and exclamation points!!!! is no substitute for intelligent skepticism. The pragmatists will win, eventually.

P.S. I would admit I'm a spy, but Perry beat me to it.
