Of course none of the investors are to blame.

Either Seymour and Diwan are stock fraudsters (most likely), or they are completely delusional and incompetent about everything other than their compensation. In either case, Diwan is egregiously negligent in his duties as an officer and director, and has been willfully abusing his roles in a public company to benefit his private company.

All it would take is for someone with the money and inclination to sue these idiots back into the stone age.

I’ve made some stupid investments myself, just ask Arvitar. Gotta learn to bail fast. And penny stocks will probably take your money. Forget looking for massive gains, with a little diligence it’s easy to get 5 to 15 percent short term gains by just sitting on cash and waiting for some event that causes a market wide sell off, buy into that any company that should not be affected by the event and sell the recovery. And once you get a decent balance in your account, only play with a small percentage and maintain cash for sell off events.

This has worked well for me.

One exception to my method, I have owned shares of Square (SQ) from $17 and it’s now $60. I maintain a core position of that one and trade shares around it. I believe it will be over $100 medium to long term.

I know how that $100 comment sounds but this is a multi billion dollar company not a pink shit startup.

Actually Square has pulled back to the $54 range now and it’s about time to add my trading shares back. I know one thing if you find a startup with an earth shattering disruptive technology, buy Apple on a dip or something.
