Oh sure. That's like the wise prospector (I think he was from Timmins) who decided to do a property deal and thought he'd be wise and put a clause in that his NSR could be paid in kind (instead of dollars he would accept the equal $ value in the yellow stuff). Of course a discovery was actually made on his property and mining began. And guess what. The trucks began arriving at his house one morning and have been coming daily ever since. He'll be more corefull next time I bet. Just hold that smile, the contract's on it's way.. Jim Cox
