RE: Lucent invests $1b in Singapore...joint venture would produce eight inch wafers using 0.25 micron processing technology and at full capacity, the plant would produce 26,000 eight inch wafers per month. Does CYMI have anything to do with this? (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/980114/lucent_tec_1.html) It is curious that although the article several times mentions "Lucent technology," no mention is made of "SCALPEL." Are they relying instead on old fashioned photolith?
