I guess that's the question now isn't it....I've seen CyberCash boast some of the same banks for their services. I would think doc and I may be wrong but the contracts aren't exclusive....but an agreement to give Checkfree an 'easement' if you will into the banks systems.

It would be in the Banks best interest to accept payments & credits from many backenders.....that's the reason for OFX isn't it.
