PugsCat,

Why do you keep doing this? You certainly don't convince me of anything but I have become convinced that you are loosing your supporters, one by one.....take a look at the past several days.

Wrong. There is a tax liability if a company goes belly up and
shorts don't have to cover. I believe there was a rule change on that issue.

Pugs,

For GOD'S sake.... Would you PLEASE just post the link??!!!!

There is no reason that you need to print the text. We all know that you're attempting to selectively present your case with text taken out of context.

Now I never truly followed Solv-Ex, but it wasn't until after the company was mentioned on Rukeyser's show by R. Geist, that I started to take a look.

And short selling is not illegal Pugs.... It provides balance in the market to offset those who use Margin (borrow money) to increase their buying power artificially.

But non-marginable BB stocks should not be manipulatively short sold.

I'll tell you right now that I've never bothered to short a stock before, but I'm starting to think about it. MU will likely be one of my picks.

Why pass up the opportunity to make money on the downside??

Regards,

Ron
