The Miller pit does not even make up the very lowest ramp and benches of that Bingham pit. I wager the company goes after individual GSLR citizens who posted all kinds of defamatory stuff about management and the project on Facebook. The company didn't do the last round of financing solely for the action against GSLR .......... the financials don't dictate that was a pressing necessity. I believe the extra coin was and is to be used to go after specific individuals outside of GSLR administration.
