What he didn't do is conspire with a KGB officer to change American foreign policy in a pro-Russian direction. Donald Trump, 8 time Hillary donor, Hillary voter and backer for President (till he himself decided to run) did that.

Rudy Giuliani admits he ‘can’t be confident’ there was no Russian collusion in Trump campaign during baffling CNN interview

Appearing on CNN on Sunday morning, President Donald Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, once again may have stepped in it by conceding that there well may have been collusion between Trump’s presidential campaign staff and the Russians in 2016.

Speaking with CNN’s Dana Bash, who was filling in for State of the Union host Jake Tapper, Giuliani contradicted himself multiple times — at one time saying special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation is legitimate, then questioning whether it was.

Of note was the former New York mayor’s response to whether he could say with certainty there was no collusion.

Asking about staffers still in Trump’s “orbit,” host Bash pressed, “You are confident that there is no collusion?”

“I can’t be confident,” Giuliani replied. “Am I confident because I was in that campaign at a very intimate level? Nobody talked about or knew about Russians. This came as a surprise to me and to the president. You go out to the outer orbit, how do I know what is going on? I don’t think that would matter.”

Traitor in Chief Jan 6, 2017: US IC chiefs brief Trump on "an extraordinary CIA stream of intel that had captured Putin’s specific instructions" to hack the US election

Jul 9, 2017: Trump wants to form a "Cyber Security unit" WITH Putin to "guard against election hacking"

Told that Putin had ordered hacking, he wanted to give Russia more access. Just like he is now working to compromise national security on behalf of Chinese phone company, ZTE. National security is just another way to profit from the Presidency.
