Billy, Thanks, and I hope everyone understands my message in the same good spirit that I intended. We have some serious issues which can be discussed, but not if the conversation is combative. I'm on my way to a dinner meeting with some folks from one of the biggest corp's on the planet, so unfortunately I have to rush out of this office. I saw Evan's post (more great work, ED!!), but I really haven't had time to digest the news. On the surface, it appears that we are becoming a R&D company and have partnered with BTC to do all the "hands on" stuff. It looks like they will bear the burden of expense for this, including the cost of sales and marketing. U.S. only, and only for the fixed base systems. I haven't had time to crunch numbers in order to determine if the revenue share seems appropriate. I'll try to post later, if I don't get home too late. Hardrocker
