Premier, just asking, is this Cowen upgrade a new one? In any case Smith Barney has Buy on them since 11/04/97 as per the below link:

No, I have not yet given up on OXHP. In fact, I view Cowen upgrade rather positive. Do you have any idea of the reasoning of the Cowen analyst?
