If NNVC performs as intended it will trade at $100 to $1000/share..conservatively.

That's for sure.

I've never been wrong.

I'm not buying right now because the company has numerous problems that appear to be coming to a head. These problems start with the low cash position, are followed by the lack of a publicly stated schedule, and end with the terrible deal that shareholders have with Diwan & TheraCour. Boniuk notwithstanding, I don't know what venture finance person worth his salt wants a piece of the deal NNVC shareholders have as it sits today.

Normally I'd expect to see that the company has substantially reduced risks since the last round of equity raises. What I see instead is Diwan attempting to build a company and expand the market without putting to rest a lot of the risks. The top three risks I see are:
  1. Management - the perceived inability to execute to a publicly stated schedule and milestones
  2. Drug Production - the question of what drug material we can produce in what quantities to what standards and at what cost
  3. Regulatory Approval Process - which starts with getting something into human trials
This isn't a comprehensive list, but is a good place to start.

So I'd like to at least see how the capital raise goes.

so you were the guy right in front of us running around back and forth trying to figure out how to plug in your computer... obviously you are very intelligent
As for fumbling with my computer, it's not indicative of intelligence. It is mostly indicative of flying in on a red-eye (and depleting my computer battery) immediately before the shareholders meeting.
