I think he bought before he was sold out. The brokerages probably posted the margin sells right away but waited the 30 days on the buys. Unfortunate, but consistent, timing. At least it shows that management did not expect the stock to trade down. Gorbett-Frost also bought a little. For the recently baptized, Shero is not indulging in gallows humor when he says 'short swing' - a filing officer of a public company cannot buy and sell within a six month period without being subject to much higher taxes (I couldn't help it). Any news on the CEO? I hear rumors that some West coasters have been newly nominated and a management shakeup is happening. Duh, really?
