VALUESPEC, Put in stops? So the MM's can see them and tank the price and grab those shares, Hmmmmm? I've been in for almost 2 years and I am not in the least worried.

To the unsuspecting as well as the informed this is speculative and money should not be employed that one can not afford to lose. If a person is worried about losing money in this stock they should not be here.

A New Name with a New motive? PUT IN STOPS and again a new technique?
Will they ever cease? I doubt it as we move up the ladder at each rung there wil be more doubting tom-asses and sure jenuises to tell us exactly why we should not be here.

This is the Hottest sector in telecom right now and will be for a while to come~63-Billion dollar Market by 2002 and are we to just let go because after coming out of developmental stage and starting into production?

I don't think so!

Endeavor to Perservere

We talk here future.
The TEMPEST is a new product.
If FTEL will be able to generate good sales from the product and the service of FNET ....than only the sky is the limit.
The results of the Q. before the TEMPEST mean not much.

The Q. for me is how good FTEL is in sale and Marketing.

Giora

Valuespec?

Please give us a break. You don't have a CLUE on FTEL. I've owned shares of this company for over 4 years and can tell you that unless you've actually tried the DVS of FTEL's you are just another know nothing with a web site.

Have YOU called FTEL? Have you done your DD? IF NOT,you are doing a lot of talking with no KNOWLEDGE of what you are talking about.

In closing do you own the stock? IF NOT why are you here unless your short... IF SO, I feel VERY sorry for you...

Bob

Valuespec, your points on sales, ability to market product, issueing new equity,
revenue sources decreasing are well taken. I understand the risk of these points. Your suggestions on how FTEL shareholders should play this stock is not needed, especially with the word "strongly". Why waste your valuable time on FTEL if it is not in your risk category?

regards,
Mike

Mr/Mrs valuespec your concerns in some areas are correct. This is risky and FTEL needs to be able to market the product. But thats where we part company. I for one get turned off by people who post here with advice to others that own the stock to sell or even buy when in fact they themselves do not own the stock. Your posts are welcome, but please keep the advice to yourself.

Seth

Valuspec: I'm sorry you got an unsolicited e-mail regarding FTEL. Could you post it here so we could read it and do you know who it came from? None the less you should do you digging before your talking. Everyone here that has been around a while knows that FTEL is a speculative play. But that is one of the reasons many here find it so attractive. It was said a long time ago, you can't evaluate this company on it's past performance; it's not the same company. It has new focus, new product, new production, new financing. If you want a safe stock investment(as if there is one) go invest in a Blue Chip. But if you have anything to say around here other than a legitimate question. You better know what you are talking about or you better have flame retardant undies on. Any way reasonable people usually educate themselves before they speak. Many here hope that you do.

It didn't take a genius, given a comparison to RACE, to see the intent of your post. Funny how you prove me right with the rest of your post.

I suggest a little research on your part before you publish on your web site. Just a little bit of this handy tool will readily show why RACE and FTEL are different beasts.

On the other hand maybe, just maybe, you have a different motive than educating the unwashed masses.

Valuespec, I appreciate your comments. I believe you are technically correct on all accounts. This play is HIGHLY speculative and should not include the retirement monies of those investing. I have owned the stock for over two years and bought in originally at $.80. I have bought all the way up to $7.00. I have visited the company, toured it and met Frank and Sparrow first hand. I share your concerns. I would have felt much better had we been able to blow the doors off this thing with sales of our DVG. It hasn't happened. On the other hand, we are a R&D company that is still developing. We are developing our revenue stream to be a world wide Internet Telephone company. Again, highly speculative. I've been buying my long distance for $.09 at home and at the office for some time now using an non-internet company. So, the telephone market is going to be highly competitive.

In short, we are putting a lot of faith in Frank and Sparrow & Gang to pull this off. If they do, we'll be RICH. If they don't, we need to watch our down side.

I for one appreciate your perspective and advice. Please continue to post giving us your "honest" opinions.

Sincerely,
David D.
