Rob: Sorry I didn't answer your question sooner. I was a little confused as to the actual question. I said that Horizon filed to sell the shares. The connotation that Gary sold the shares was alluded to in 1996 by a former investor of Olympus. The fact that Gary was once CEO of Horizon and that Horizon had access to restricted shares means that Gary was still affiliated with Horizon at that time (the restricted shares were probably acquired during his tenure). However, I must admit that I relied upon a former investors post which stated that Gary sold shares. I could have been wrong in that assumption.
