Herm, I have a friend that has made some quick mone on VVUS by buying under 10 and selling over 11. It's not pretty, but profitable.

VVUS finally is showing a solid open box this week.

If you mean the last white box on the TLB chart, that's actually been there since late December. You can see the date it was created in the history section under the chart. It signaled the end of the downtrend, and the start of the sideways trading since late Dec. The last two bars define a trading envelope which VVUS hasn't broken out of; when it does a new bar will be drawn, either black or white. A close above the white bar will confirm an uptrend, a close below the black bar will signal a possible continuation of the downtrend.

We'll figure this chart out sooner or later.
