Check your greek, Tonto. Kugler's branching out to Mr. Dendro, either as a mouthpiece or an alias. Tallyho! Alpha Kilo Did Kugler get the boot? No. As I understand it, the compliance department had advised Kugler that it in the best interests of the company and individuals who's names have been included in Pugs campaign to cease being further mentioned. Kugler is complying. He indicated he shall continue to follow the story via lurking.

Tonto, Its' funny how you call it the 'Pugs' campaign. You seem to display very little concern over shareholders concerns. How can you, being as objective as you are, not recognize that AS A GROUP RMIL shareholders were/are questioning the presence of a broker on this thread who slams the stock relentlessly in as a PATHOLOGICAL manner possible? How can you not RECOGNIZE that? And , how 'calculated' to call it the PUGS CAMPAIGN!! Its a group of 76 shareholders who have had enough of this kind of abuse from a broker!! The NASD recommended thar a LAWYER or ARBITRATION was our ONLY alternative to resolve the matter. Are you saying the NASD told me to start a PUGS CAMPAIGN? Its' amusing to me that you've fooled anyobody about being objective. You see a short position, you go in for the kill, and you're upset that we're defending our investment by any LEGAL means neseccary! Who are you kidding Mr. Neutral? Pugs-to
