It's all well and good to believe Apple is doing this for some noble cause but my main point is they've abided by those two contracts for quite some time to the tunes of hundreds of billions in profits without complaint.
I think that is everyone's belief around here. Apple has hardly been injured. Right now, the question is not what is right, but what is legal and contractually agreed to. To everyone on this board, Apple's legal arguments seem to be nonsense, but their market power somehow gives them sway to get the case heard, and the unpredictability of legal outcomes gives them negotiating power. That's how I see it right now.
