Marcie, I added to post 399. I type with two fingers so it takes me forever to post a thread. I have 3600 shares and really missed an opportunity in December when the price of this stock dipped. I still want to pick up another 1400 shares somewhere around 1 to 1 3/16. Instead on rushing to buy (I am reminded of the past of a reoccurring pattern when I bought this stock: it dropped) I will wait for my price range. If it does not I will be happy that the 3600 shares that I do hold are of more value. It seems, I am much better in picking property in which the homeowner gets billed by the city for road construction. Good luck, RAY
