With all the price cutting and pricing pressures, of course, margins will be reduced. Will an increase in sales compensate? Just don't expect too much to soon. We are in a Bear Market here and intel had a nice run up. It will do great long term. Be patient.

Flat sales in the 1st qtr are pretty
good considering this is usually a weak
quarter. Declining margins, Intel has been
saying this for a while, they just are
very conservative. I'm amazed that one of the
most profitable companies in the world gets
no respect from the street. Nothing they do
seems to be good enough.
