There are certainly others who have done the same thing and gone to jail. And others who haven't. We probably just hear about the ones who do, who are usually high-profile examples. But D'Sousa didn't actually get jail time, he got some kind of community "confinement". Which sounds like jail. They do the same with tax fraud in many cases. I just think Obama is cut from the Chicago "I'll get you back you bastard" mold. Perhaps D'Sousa wasn't one of them.
