For those conspiracy theorists, it'd be interesting to know a bit more about Dixie Pulp & Paper inc. and Taglich, perhaps there is more to that ct filing than meets the eye. I wasn't able to find out much about them, private company. The original supply agreement was for 5 years (saw reference here in a paid for pump microcap research report--also interesting since the research report author (Taglich Brothers) was also involved in creating what is now Orchard! taglichbrothers.com ) No conflict of interest there(g) As of the date of this report, Michael Taglich, President of Taglich Brothers, Inc., owns or has a controlling interest in 466,716 shares of TIS common stock and 35,050 warrants.
