THREAD. There is sorta glaring evidence Melania's trip to the hospital is directly from a physical beating, which we'll say most likely came from Trumpov. Please bear with me, the jargon is all you need to wade through to the obvious. 1/

embolization is used for both benign tumors (which suggests it would have been scheduled and a non-emergency procedure which is not what she had) AS WELL AS a common procedure for acute and severe physical injury/trauma to the kidneys (possibly from an abuser attack) 2/

whether the attack was light or heavy both could result in an embolization of the kidney... the fact the procedure was unscheduled and listed as "an emergency" suggests definitively that it was a physical trauma situation and most likely acute & serious possible to ... 3/

the point of "life threatening. "If the patient is hemodynamically unstable, with no or transient response to resuscitation, the surgical team must intervene immediately [surgery or angioembolization (AE) in selected situations]. 4/

Also, if the surgical team elects to perform an exploratory laparotomy to manage an associated abdominal injury, the decision can be made to mend significant renal injuries at that time in order to prevent later complications. 5/

Indications for angiography include suspected renal arterial thrombosis or segmental arterial injuries for which embolization or stenting is considered. 6/

With advances in embolization techniques, there is an increasing body of literature supporting the use of AE in the management of grade IV and grade V injuries. 7/

meaning she very easily could have been taken to the ER unconscious and in critical condition from physical abuse and it would have been reported EXACTLY the way it was. 8/

But other various scenarios are still possible. The idea it was to treat a benign tumor is very unlikely and a suspect explanation. Why were we not told what trauma her kidneys suddenly took? 9/

I can imagine 2 scenarios in which she takes the damage there. Either he knows to not hit her face (lifetime abusers know to do body shots that can be covered) 10/

Or.. She was curled in a ball pleading for her life. But the condition arose in a day and was not kidney stones. I leave it to you to come up with how else her kidneys suddenly went from healthy to so critically damaged she needed emergency embolization.. 11/

Remember that little Trump was caught by a neighbor throwing rocks at a baby in a playpen & he bragged about punching a teacher in the face as a kid. This is how he ended up sent away to boarding schools.

.... let’s take a minute to remember what happened to Martha Mitchell at the Newporter Inn during Watergate

You might want to add a refresher for those under 50 or so :)

.... best source for the story is her Wikipedia page.... she was the wife of Watergate conspirator (and former USAG) John Mitchell. When she learned the extent of her husband's illegal activities, she got on the phone to the press. What happened next was this....

".... While on phone call with Helen Thomas re Watergate break-in, King (her "bodyguard") pulled the phone from the wall...held (her) against her will in a CA hotel room... (then) forcefully sedated her after a physical struggle with five men that left her needing stitches

....at the time many accounts reported that she was sedated via injection by a psychiatrist as she was restrained by several "aids" and then removed from the hotel room via stretcher. All to prevent her from phoning the press and telling what she knew of her husband's involvement

..... and, yes, she sued for divorce. John Michell went on to serve time for his role in Watergate and I believe he received one of the longest sentences. And, again, he was the country's former Attorney General. We can be certain that Sessions remembers the fate of John Mitchell
