Me too!

I'm embarrassed to say how many 58's I bought for drive train parts and scrapped the bodies.

I thought they were heavy sleds.

Time has rewarded their few numbers. 58 was a low sales year.

59 and 60 had horizontal fins and 61 got close to the lines of a 62.

After that they got to be bigger and boats.

I had a friend who's older brother had a powder blue 62 convertible that was just sweet - I've liked them ever since.

After all my 55 Delray was a full size - now a 62.

Back in 62 the Chevy II was all new.

It fits well in my collection an 70 nova, a 62 SS and a 78 vette - an 8 year jump each way.

You need to hop on a ferry to Milwaukee and we'll cruise for a weekend - always welcome and not too far away.

Bob
