In light of the ASCO debacle/euphoric cases: my Q is what dictate those,... knowledge or luck (luck of knowledge)? In expansion cohort (first 15 subjects), NKTR-214/Nivo combo ORR data for Mel/mRCC (20%/33%) are far below what Nivo-mono historical data are. So, all been equal. hypothesis is 214 make Nivo efficacy WORSE and BMY spent $1.85B only to make MRK looks even BETTER (than already is)??? Well, if that is the case,... I am not one who should play investment games in bio-sector!
