Joe,
I think you missed my point, of course, a legal short is a position and I have no problem with that. If the co. is a scam, and its' uncovered, the shorts profit, in fact it works to keep the co. clean.
But, 'some' shorts/nays, whatever...seem to gravitate towards co.'s with large short positions and begin relentless slamming. There is an 'interest' in them doing so, and their work is 'documented' on other threads, same names, same faces, same agenda.
Being a broker, like Kugler, or uncovering a 'scam', like Tonto...'may' interest a short interest....these guys have no loyalty, they disappear after a squeeze or dilution of shares.....why? Isn't ADVR still the sham they say it is? What about KNIC, etc., or is that work completed.
I am happy with my RMIL investment, the $5MM will be announced before trading resumes, which also appears very soon. And, I like ANY INVESTOR, expect to see these clean financials very soon too. So, the slamming this co. takes appears to be in the interest of short interest, from guys who say they have NO INTEREST.
