I posted that interview previously. They played the Clinton-era videotape for Rudy, who complained it was 'unfair' (sound familiar?) and basically filibustered, speaking all through it. Rudy has no answer for that question.

Maybe, but that doesn't answer the question of "why". That is Trump's MO, but Rudy's?

I'm not sure it is that simple. Criminal intent in fraud or corruption or similar cases requires that prosecutors show that the defendant had the intent, as in what he/she was thinking. I don't know. I was always taught that it is one of the reasons there are so few cases of tax fraud proved.

Trump's having written the letter could really be a problem, although again, I'm not sure that alone would be proof.

I guess we'll see.
