A couple thoughts on marketing "Frank's picture in the IBM Hall of Fame, to commemorate closing the largest sale ever in the history of IBM, over the phone" I think Frank knows about marketing. Those that went to the NY Demo, would you say the FNet phone card was a good marketing tool? Did anyone use their cards? How about installing $40,000 worth of Tempests on location and letting a prospective buyer "evaluate" them for 30 -120 days, would this be considered "marketing"?
