i have your report now..
it doesn't say anything dif than the report dated dec 6th....
it was going to be 7 weeks in dec and jan rep says 7 wweeks..
that's for the whole channel all pc mfg'ers.
and that number could be correct.
you could have plenty of info i don;t
your problem is you are too new to the inducrtry.

Jim,

7 weeks of inventory is almost two months worth. Even 4 weeks is a months worth of inventory. This is a whole lot compared to DELL.
s--- is trying to throw you off the fact that CPQ stuffs the channel every Christmas. Last year it took them a couple of months to work off the inventory glut.

CPQ has more inventory in the channel than any of the other companies. You can see it when you walk into the stores.
