Mike, No question about the basis for a suit but you still need a large holder to initiate the action. There are a lot of these class action suits going on by "investors" who want the court system to bail them out of a bad investment decision. With the information available on ZONA today can you give me a reason why anyone would go long? If they do and lose money should the court system bail them out? Someone is going long the last couple of days, maybe its the $ten million buy back by the company that would equal about 650,000 shares at todays prices. If it is, they will be out of money soon and the price will go back into free fall. Even with the buying yesterday the technical analysis is decidedly negative. Cosmo
