Mr. Dendro, The question is who actually subscribe to the Reg S placement. We know it as an established practice that most Reg S placements result in the subscribers selljng short into the market in order to lock in their cash and then deliver their shares to cover. I would suspect that this is exactly what happened in OVIS/RMIL's case. But then again, no Yeas are interested in figuring out if the Reg S subscribers were US citizens or not. Regards, Ron
