Yes it is something to seriously consider for those who are preparing children for colleges. It is of bigger importance to parents as it is they who put up most of the cost. I paid all my masters and phd costs as a teaching assistant or a research assistant which covered my living costs also. But I still have my youngest child in college so this was still an important topic when she was making college decisions. after a while the whole thing gets tiring and I just wanna retire and worry about nothing. Oh, I have respect for those who serve in the military and go for college education. Did you know Grace Hopper was a Navy admiral and she invented in the 1950s one of the first computer programming language which became COBOL later? I treat those who serve with utmost respect.
